Dalai Lama said that the one thing that remains constant is change. In my world, it has been translated into constantly being in transit. We are always between things and places.
Nomad in Transit relates to the feeling I had when I was living in Canada with my family. We were settled, yet only for a short period of time. We were making new friends – knowing that it would take a little extra to get involved in our new neighbourhood. We were consciously touching base with friends and family at home to nurture the friendships we would be returning to. Somehow it felt like being in transit. You are not really here to stay.
